So, in advance of “What would Immigration Reform Mean for Los Angeles?”, a Zócalo/Azteca America Event in partnership with the California Community Foundation, we asked a number of experts, “How can immigration reform best avoid attracting another wave of undocumented immigrants to Los Angeles?”
